OMT Visits - Scheduled as an In-Person Visit

Medication Refills - $10 unless a telemedicine visit is required (decision at the discretion of Dr. Kelli).

Weekend in-person visits can be discussed and scheduled based upon availability. There will be an additional $20 fee for weekend visits.

If a referral, medication or other service is needed after a visit has been completed, there will be a $10 fee unless you have a membership.

*All in person visits are based upon medical necessity as determined by the physician and schedule availability.

*Mileage is $0.75/mile ($0.50 for members) round-trip from Mt Sterling, KY after the first 20 miles (which are free).

*Holidays - Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Memorial Day
